Autostrade and Pavimental in il Sole 24 Ore

An interview with Roberto Tomasi, Chief Executive Officer of Autostrade per l’Italia, in which he described the new challenges facing Pavimental, has been published in today’s edition of il Sole 24 Ore.

The article describes the new industrial plan, which includes 21.5 billion for modernising the network, of which 7 billion is for maintenance and 14.5 billion for investments. The organizational transformation envisaged integrates all of the skills required for the development of mobility.

Pavimental is a significant partner in terms of the planning and realisation of major works and maintenance activities, with returns totalling approximately 600 million Euros and a workforce of 1,800 employees.

Mr. Tomasi confirmed, “we want Pavimental to be a strategic player in the development of the country, valorising the production line of small and medium businesses…”.
